By using our website or engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

  • Cookie data: session and preference data stored by cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

3. Why We Collect and Use Your Information

We collect and use personal information only for the following identified purposes:

  • To schedule, confirm, and deliver HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services.
  • To respond to your inquiries, service requests, and complaints.
  • To send appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and transactional communications.
  • To process and display approved customer reviews on our website.
  • To improve our website, services, and customer experience.

  • To detect and prevent fraud or other unlawful activity.

We will not use your personal information for any new purpose without first identifying that purpose and, where required, obtaining your consent.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Under PIPEDA, we rely on your knowledge and consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information, except where the law permits or requires otherwise (for example, to comply with a court order or legal obligation).

You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to provide certain services to you. To withdraw consent, contact us using the details in Section 11.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business (such as appointment scheduling platforms, email delivery services, and website hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use your information only as directed by us.

  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal information and to treat it in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Retention
